This site deals with jazz piano scores for beginning pianists.

The scores found on the net show the melody and the chords in standard notation. iRealPro shows only the chords. However, it is up to the student to find the best, and mostly, the easiest inversions of the chords. Jazz chords are made up of 4 notes, so there are at least four inversions possible.

I have devised a system where I don't simply write the chord, but also show the most convenient inversions.

In some cases, I have also tampered a bit with the melody to make it easier to play.

Over the years I have gathered many such score. I thought it would be a pity not to share this treasure with the rest of the vast jazz-playing community. So download whatever you want and enjoy playing!!

All of this work was done under the wonderful guidance of my jazz piano teacher Tomer Mezamer. I owe him most of the ideas expressed in the chord inversions.

Tomer is a graduate of the Berkley School of Music and has been playing and teahcing music for 30 years.
